A for Andromeda

Post by mart »

Another great BBC scifi production. If only because it starred Julie Christie. It doesn't seem to be available but I did find 2 interesting sites

and

This second one wasn't mentioned in the recent thread on Quatermass.

A for Andromeda is a classic, Id love to see it again.
I just rediscovered Omega factor which is a little dated but also a classic.

Just before my time, guys, so I'm not qualified to comment. Think the BBC recently updated it, a la Quatermass. The chances are at least part of the original was destroyed by the forward-thinking Beeb during its clean-up period in the late 60s and early 70s.

If they destroyed anything with Julie Christie in then I sincerely hope their balls drop off. One at a time.
