Indeed- in this shallow football crazy land we now live in.
The Premiership have tried to go back to the season they used to have- mid-August to early May. Rugby's never changed.
That leaves the media and the Football League under the lovely Lord Mawhinney....football all fcuking year round if they had their say.

front and back pages of todays Times, along with the telegraph they do pretty extensive cricket coverage

And Sky Sports News - pretty much wall to wall coverage so maybe invest in Freeview or Sky Dish if you like that sort of stuff rammed down your throat every 5 minutes (they wouldn't happen to have coverage of this as well??)
