Why don't Hartley's make Banana Jam?

Cant we have a few unanswered questions in life?

I had this juicer machine and put various fruits in it and made different juices that turned out pretty good. One time I put bananas in and they completely vanished ! Then I saw somewhere that it's nearly impossible to make banana juice. So maybe the jam is the same way.
