My Favourite computer games;

Based on playability at the time;

Space Invaders (arcade)
Manic Miner (com64)
Jet Set Willy (com64)
Star Wars (arcade)
Elite 11 (amiga) probably the best game ever.
Tekken (ps1)
Doom and Doom11 (ps1) especially when linked

I currently own a ps2 but seldom play it. I don't find game play as good today, but that could just be me getting older. I'd love to play Star wars again though, especialy the sit down version.

In no order:

Goldeneye (N64): Suddenly you weren't playing the game, you were in the game.
Halo (Xbox): Ditto, and with a sense of being out on a mission never quite equaled. Regular 3am finishes ensued. Patchy sequel, mind.
Landstalker (Megadrive): Lovely little RPG adventure.
Zelda (N64): Lovely massive RPG adventure.
Super Mario 64 (N64): Platform genius. Still the benchmark, apparently.

Final Fantasy 7, 8 and 10. Excellent RPGs and one of the first games I could be bothered finishing .

Morrowind. Another excellent RPG for the xbox and a lot better than the new oblivion

Tomb Raider Legends. Best of the series. Finally they got it right after how many fuck ups?

Silent Hill. Goddamn scared the shit out of me with the atmosphere and unlike Resident evil didn`t include shitty voice acting. First and Third ones are the best though.

Halo`s already been mentioned but apart from that the second one felt like a let down, too short. Maybe because half the game you play as the assbiter. Third one will make the sony fanboys cry though when its released

God, aye. What were they thinking?

Fingers crossed, Halo 3 should be a 360 killer app. News of the Halo film (summer 2008), might also cause a few frowns at Sony.

Bwahaha You should have seen the reaction when I posted on another board that the halo movie was being handled by Uwe Boll
