Cam show issues

Here's one for everyone to ponder.
A certain English model does a weekly cam show through a cam site.
Recently there have been problems with people viewing the stream. Some see it right away, some take a few minutes, some take a long time and the rest never get to see it.
It's never really the same each week. 1 week it will work fine for a viewer, but the next week they have serious problems then the week after that it's all OK again.
I know there aren't many details there, but any ideas as to why this might be happening would be welcome.
