RIP
I hope he will now be appreciated as one of the great broadcasters, he is in the same realm as John Peel, Kenny Everett & Tommy Vance.
Not living in London I was unfamiliar with his years on Capital but his late 80's/early 90's shows on "FORMIDABLE ONE FM" will always be favourites of mine - I wish I'd taped more complete shows, I always got the feeling I was listening to something totally unique, and indeed I was. We won't see his likes again.
I'm glad though that his pain is over.....
LEGEND?
NOT 'ARF!
