Deciding to behave.

I know it will never happen but, if everyone simply decided of their own free will to be honest and behave themselves and treat others fairly, the world would be a far better place than all the money spent on law enforcement could ever buy - and it wouldn't cost a penny.

I know what you mean, but for arguements sake - what is the definition of behaving? ;)

Is it moral behaviour or behaviour according to the law? Because there are a few laws I wouldn't like to obey!

Well, this is where I get right into fairy land because if everyone valued having a peaceful society over immediate personal one-up-man-ship then there wouldn't be a need for laws as people would simply treat others as they'd like to be treated etc.

See ? Fairy land ! The tragic part is that its just so possible but human nature prevents it from happening for maoe than a few days at best.
