I wasn't aware this particular act had been added to the Criminal Justice Bill. If this is now the case, then Ms Guest will be charged as an accessory before, during and after the fact, and may have to request that the court take several million other offences into consideration.

Might pass a sentence of 'flogging' which would be a case of the punishment being a variant of the crime itself.
