Some very intelligent person said to me once when I talked about the media advertising my work, "Mike we are the media." I realised that he was right and that creative people can attract extremely large audiences by their work.
VOD is broadcasting, and one has to take this a little bit further than giving samples of our productions on stream. Studios should be set up to make shows where the stars are in live chat shows and so on. Audiences on set are free and studios cheap.
We can see that the mainstream media builds personas of their performers in the viewing population's minds. Viewers want to see same star that they like.
