IE7 - again.

I've got a new laptop, IE7 installed.
There seem to be some changes from earlier versions.
1. Enabling Java doesn't appear as an option via Tools>InternetOptions etc. but the Sun site says to do it via Control Panel.
2. It was useful with earlier versions to find downloaded material in Content.IE5 but I can't find it in IE7.
Any suggestions on this latter prob. techies?

I haven't been able to click on links in e-mails sent to my Outlook Express account since downloading IE7.
Is this a result of using IE 7 now ?

Why you'd want to use IE7 is anybody's guess. Go to an AJAX driven site and then check your CPU spike, know what's causing that? The anti-phishing filter.....the microsoft answer to the bug? Turn the filter off........

from the webpage when I first installed ie7
'Help make your browsing more secure by setting up Phishing Filter
Phishing Filter is designed to warn you if the website you are visiting might be impersonating another website.
Turn on automatic Phishing Filter (recommended).
Some website addresses will be sent to Microsoft to be checked. Information received will not be used to personally identify you. Read Internet Explorer's Privacy Statement online.'
It looks like you have to have it enabled on install. It can be changed in the advanced tab of the internet options.
