I said yes to their email months & months ago and nothing happened. I spoke to them on the phone a couple of months later (after I lost my job) and they said the had some problems with their email sign-ups so they took my details and I received an email saying that they had received my request etc.................. and nothing happened.
No new employment was forthcoming and I had to start making serious cutbacks to my expenditure.... ie. losing Sky & BT.
Phoned Sky again to cancel Sky TV and got talked out of it by some chancer saying how good Sky Broadband was and how I would save money by the TV & Broadband package.
Waited another month............ still nothing.
I have now cancelled Sky and BT and am getting 2Mb broadband, TV and telephone with ntl for ?30 a month. Not a great service but cheap (beggars can't be choosers).
I know of no-one who has Sky broadband.

Anyone else here have it ?

Yeah, I've got it. I got tired of paying BT 30 sheets each month, when Sky will do it for 10.

I pre-reg my interest, they emailed me when the service started on my road, called them gave, them the ref no.

They sent my router, got it within the specified timescale. I've had it about two months now and it's been absolutely fine. No complaints at all and it runs at about 15meg.

All for just a tenner, on my experiences, I would recommend.
