What is it with all this ? everybody,s demanding compensation despite being offered thier money back and a re-booked flight, if I,m stuck on the M6 because there is a traffic jam due to an accident can I have hot drinks brought to my car, and a hotel room for the night, who invented fog anyway...BA. what a farce, if you travel by air you take a chance, if it,s not safe to fly you dont fly, fog happens get over it. some cunt on the radio this morning whining and bitching that BA had ruined his holiday, no mention of FOG, just can you compensate me for hurt feelings etc.....fuck off!

the funny thing about all this fog is that most modern aircraft, especially the Airbus family, can land in CAT 3c conditions........put simply this means the pilot flying does not require a decision height to land, the auto pilot makes the landing...................the problem is that the aircraft cannot taxi safely to the gate.......flying is very safe....once you're on the ground its not !!!!!
