I was looking at our local phone book and was amazed how small it is.

In the good old days it was like a door stop.

Has everyone refused to include their details and if so how do you this.

you can blame mobile phones for that now.
Back in the day, phone books had yellow pages included, whereas now, you have Yellow Pages, Thompson Local and Residential/Business directories all seperate.

It is a local phone book, for local people; there is nothing in it for you.
