Scrounging Bastards

Loads of rough and ready types scavenging in Devon yesterday. Pikeys, Gyppo's, chancers....you name 'em, they were there showing off their booty.
The police on this occasion were totally inept. Seems ordinary folk in this town have been burgled as well with the sudden deluge of scroungers out for easy pickings.
I'm pretty sure the motorbikes proudly displayed by gang members in the newspapers are worthless* without documentation as they are straight from the factory.
*Worthless in as much as they can't be taxed, sold on etc

Coincidence?

Isn't looting wrecks a strong tradition in some areas----as part of the heritage as foxhunting and just as welcome?
Disgusting behaviour. What's next----waiting for an airport transport coach to crash so they can steal folk's suitcases???

I doubt anyone stealing a bike will be bothering with tax and insurance, though.
Bit of Martial Law will sort 'em out.
