Found this on another forum, At least i now know what 'Barnsley's at home'
means now.


From the NHS opening page
Follow this;

Click on Policies / Documents
Click on Documents
Click on Next
Click on next again until you reach "Records 21 to 30 of 50 "
Then have a look at the Glossary of Yorkshire Medical Terms.[4th one down]

T'ol codger felt champion shaggin t' missus, until he felt a nigglin pain n packed in. She got mardy at him for stoppin n smacked him round t' lug oil, just afore he popped-his-cloggs. She covered his todger up afore ambulance came, so his tackle weren't on show fo't all n sundry.
