Hanging on the phone

i hate it when you call a company bank or whatever and they play music down the phone and keep you hanging on.

when they come back to you, instead of speaking you should just blast "Hanging On The Telephone" by Blondie at em

Oct. 28 6:00 GMT at Wembley it will be the Miami Dolphins playing the N.Y. Giants in the first regular-season NFL game ever played outside the states.
Thoughts, opinions, pro, con, indifferent?
I have a POV but would like to here from Brits before giving it.

I had this for 20 minutes yesterday when calling microsoft about my 360. The only thing worse is when the music stops and then you get that barely understandable Indian voice on the phone. And they never know what the fuck they`re talking about. Call me racist all you want but when the call goes like this its time to take the call centers back to the civilized world.
Callcenter" what colour is the light on your power supply unit?"
Me" I`m not sure, it could be red or orange, I`m colour blind."
Call center" Can you recheck for me?"
Me "Ok....... Yeah I`m still colourblind"
That and calling aol two years ago to tell them I couldn`t get online and basically getting
"Well its ok at our end"
