I've been up all night after trying to install this cunt which I got via E bay which I thought was genuine, (let's say yep silly cunt, deserves it, I know, all I would really love to know what to do (apart from stamp on Uncle Bills heed) is put my original windows back, I've tried booting from that disc, but it still goes into vista and won't accept the passowrd for vista home premium, I'd just like to do a complete reinstall of the Genuine windows I have, but haven't a fucking clue, and also don't want to put it in the pc shop and have some nosey cunt find the clip of Jenna Haze fisting Belladonna in the arse & pussy at the same time on it amongst other things, any help will grab you some quality porn dvds, perrrrrrrlease
Thanks

There is no easy way to revert back Arnie, you have taken Bill,s shilling and must now pay the price.
Actually if you installed it on a different boot sector ie drive D or such, you can try this, start in safe mode, and see if you have the option on starting which version ie xp or vista.
1. Boot your computer in to Windows XP.
2. Ensure you have the Vista DVD image emulated or put in DVD drive
3. Go to ?Start? and ?Run?. Type in ?e:\boot\bootsect.exe /nt52 ALL /force? (without quotes, and replacing e: with the drive letter of your emulated drive with Vista).
4. Restart the computer, and you will notice the boot selection menu is gone.
5. Format the partition/drive where you had Vista installed.
6. Remove two files (Boot.BAK & Bootsect.BAK) on your XP drive?s root folder (C:), these were backup files of your previous bootloader, now no longer useful.
7. Optional: Restart to ensure it still works.
8. Use your partition software to merge your partitions together.
If you cant do the above, a clean rebuild is needed, format your drive, and remember to save your CD drivers!!!, and dont plan any holidays for a few weeks.

First question, can you access BIOS when booting? Press usually F2 at startup.
If you can, set your "CD/DVD as first bootable device".
The Windows XP CD is bootable. Disconnect all your hardware except the monitor, mouse and keyboard before booting with the XP CD.
Insert your Windows XP CD in the CD Drive and reboot .
You'll see a message to boot to the CD....follow the instructions.
The setup menu will appear and you should elect to delete all the existing Windows partitions, then create a new partition, then format the primary partition (preferably NTFS) and proceed to install Windows XP.
Clean Install Windows XP.
After Windows XP is installed, visit the Windows Update website and download the available "Critical Updates".
After installing the critical updates, install drivers for your hardware if required.
Yes and I wouldn't trust the third party scans either. According to Micro$oft this PC will run the Home Edition, for the Premium edition I need a new Graphics Card, which isn't so bad.
But two third party scans told me I needed a shit load of new drivers, memory, a bigger hdd, graphics card etc. and all which I had to pay for of course through their 'reputable retailer partnership'.
Still I won't be upgrading (or is it downgrading) until I absolutely have no choice in the matter.
?40 and all back to normal, luckily the guy who built it for me was sound and I'd erased the porn before (hand) anyway, still lost all the software, but had backups so not too bad, thansk for all the pointers guys, but I was ready to sledghammer the fucker this morning, so passed it on to an expert, still your welcome to a free dvd as promised if you drop me an e mail
