Although there is no cure for cancer people who are diagnosed with it are in a lot of cases living longer than they did years ago so it would be wrong to say that progress is not being made, but i do agree that with most charities a lot of the money is creamed of by people at the top.

A mate of mine is banging some cheeky bitch that works for Banardo's charity. She's an area manager and frequently stays in NICE hotels with POSH restaurants (none of yer Travel Lodge bollocks) and sneaks him in for dirty nights in four poster beds, room service and the cow puts it ALL on the company account which is paid for by the charity.
She went to Blackppol last month as a representative in the UNICEF conference......same thing, top hotel, delegates getting smashed on booze for the weekend and it ALL got signed for by various charities.
I'm sure if Joe Public knew of this sort of shite, they'd be a lot less donations winging their way!!

That's just not true - cancer is more survivable than it used to be, and predictions are that it'll be eradicated within our lifetimes (well, some of us!)

You may be right about CRC wasting money - I've no idea. But overall you seem to be ranting on a subject you have no knowledge of.
