Looks like Saskia Howard Clark from Big Brother has had a bit of a lift and tuck to stop those monsters from keeping her tootsies warm ... what do you think??

I think most of those shots are from "Nuts" maybe the airbrush guy had a late night the night before or he just felt obliged to leave a few home truths in!!
