I could have SWORN that selling WWII Nazi and Third Reich memerobilia was deemed illegal.
I found a shop selling genuine items from swasitika flags, medals, buttons, daggers, helmets, de-commissioned lugars.
It was a treasure trove of artifacts for collectors, but I'm sure the sale of this stuff was banned.
Anyone know?

It's banned in Germany and Austria, also in France I think, but not here. Surprising lack of responses... I'm certain there are a few collectors on this forum. !wink!

I know Lemmy from Motorhead is an avid collector.
Anyone want to know the place that was selling it, including SS Death Squad badges, email me off forum

I can see why people would be offended by such material, and why they may be wary of a collector of such material, but banned? I collection of badges never hurt anybody.
The Nazi's were defeated, but the Quran and Old Testament still teach hate and discrimination quite freely. You could argue that they're worse than a few Nazi badges.

I sold an Iron Cross my father brought back from WW2 last year to a collector in Ireland. Got a very good price for it too.

Thing is, this stuff was going for silly prices, There was a Death Camp commanders seal at ?2500, and a genuine Swastika flag at ?285
No bargains to be had here.
