Greedy Banks

It was reported on the ITN news last night that people are fighting back against greedy banks who are imposing unreasonable charges, i am one of those people, back in January when i recieved my statement it read at the bottom that my account would be debited with ?30.00 because of a direct debit payment which was not payed because of an uncleared cheque which was promtly cleared after this charge was made, now i must point out that i have a number of accounts with this bank which ammounts to several thousands of pounds, now ?30.00 is not going to make me or break me but its the principle, so i went straight into the bank and asked to speak to the manager where i was told that he was busy in which i replied i would wait, a short while later the manager came out and spoke to me he appeared to be a brain damaged cunt who was not interested in the money that i have invested with the bank and the ?30.00 charge would stand even when i pointed out that the direct debit was not payed because of their delay in clearing a cheque, needless to say i was none to happy with this cunt of a manager and told him so in terms of unpolitical correctness, as we all know when you pay a cheque in they are cleared automatically but the banks do not credit the money to your account for several days, so as i see it the bank was earning interest on my money but also wanted to charge me ?30.00 for the priveledge of doing so. i got the impression from this cunt of a manager that banks are no longer interested in savers but would rather have people with accounts that are in debt so i moved the direct debit payment to another account and withdrawled all the money from this account without informing the bank, i have just recieved my latest statement for this account which now reads ?90.00 in arrears for unpaid direct debit charges plus interest on these charges, now as i havnt borrowed one halfpenny from the bank and these charges have no legal standing it now cost them to keep this account open so are they now a clever lot of wankers sorry i meant bankers.
