I hate to seem vexed, after all I have posted enough queries on here Chris, but why not just trust them (ie I am sure you asked this before). They have been established for years, unlike many of the fly-by-night rip-off companies which have come and gone, pocketing money as they go.
I do not work for them, nor do I buy that many of their products, but they do deliver.

Fair enough, Genie, but the odd couple of people do seem to have had probs with them.

As a sometime retailer I can quite understand you feeling vexed Genie. The paranoid can be quite irritating sometimes.

The paranoid are usually previously-ripped-off potentail customers.
Be gentle with them.

Well, point taken jj - but I could if I tried name about 10 companies who have short-changed or ripped me off, as opposed to FC.
Are you suggesting that Fiona Cooper did not resolve whatever problems these people had with them?
Once again I do not work for them. I just fail to understand the paranoia of a company which I believe has a good reputation, and would wish to keep it, so would have no interest in
a) ripping of a customer, and
b) if a mistake of some sort did occur, not resolving it to the customer's satisfaction.

Me neither, but that's from the standpoint of hard-won (and expensive) experience.....
I can still recall the Wilderness Years (all of 12 months ago !!), without the forum to guide me as to who was kosher and who not.
There are many fewer cowboys out there now than, say, five years ago, but I still get caught every once in a while. These occasions are now more likely to be due to the supplier getting busted than a genuine rip-off, but your money's still down the toilet either way. Which is why it's so imporatant that places like bgafd are around to supply reliable, up-to-date info for intending customers.
The reason why I asked this question is

Because I've read of people having trouble with Fiona Cooper and before I send my money across, I wanna make sure I get the items I pay for?
Legitimate question, do i use the Halifa POBOX 16 address, will be sending cash?
