I have two to start with from West Brom.

Mike Phelan who was injured that often that they renamed the treatment room "The Phelan Suite"

Fabien De Freitas who famously didn't turn up one saturday afternoon because he thought it was an evening kick off.

If your talking money wise, then our worst has to be Tore Andre Flo at 12 million. Just never happened for the big guy at Rangers.Worst player i've seen at Ibrox playing wise has to be Franny Jeffers,never scored a goal when he was with us.

Many, many candidates. Chelsea signed a few carthorses over the years, as have all clubs, but can't narrow it down to a single one.
Warren is correct, Veron is certainly up there, although my all-time worse Chelsea player was either Robert Fleck (?2m misfit) or Brian Laudrup who couldn't break into the first team and pissed off back to Denmark as he missed his mum!!

Sean Dundee at ?2m from Wolfsburg (or wherever it was) was absolute shite as well but can't blame Souness this time. Roy Evans gets that.

When you support Manchester City for 44 years like I have the question becomes far to difficult and brings back many painfull memories. A succession of idiots have worn the light blue shirt since the glory days of the late 60's and early 70's. Since 1976 we haven't really had that many good players. Look at the present bunch of overpaid dickheads. Let's just hope that the immenent investment can at last bring some glory back but all City fans are pessimists !
