I was thinking more of the 'Dangerous Pictures Act' which comes under the new Criminal Justice Bill, and will become law in a few weeks meaning that you'll get 3 years of porridge for just looking let alone owning.
As someone pointed out over at Melonfarmers, pictures of Sam Fox and LDM in the Scum newspaper all those years ago when they weren't yet 18 are technically enough to get you put on the Sex Ofenders register and do 3 years inside!!!!
