A lot of people have suggested that I give up my war on corruption, shut my big mouth and just "play the game" and take the money. However as a creative artist and film-maker I know that those people who are making money out of corruption are non creative parasites.

It follows that if the creative film-makers and artists in the adult entertainment business could get rid of the non creative parasites then the adult entertainment business in the UK would earn billions of pounds a year.

We have the creative talent in the UK and more performers than the Americans and we could be as successful economically as the the music business because we have more talent. So I say to you don't ""play the game" and go straight. Get rid of the parasites.

We need to repeal the Video Recordings Act or redraft it so that it does not make the British Adult Entertainment business uncompetitive with the Americans.

Personally I thnk that the Adult Entertainment Industry should support the Liberal Democratics who would allow mail-order and bring in R16 for a start. Stop the sex-shops having the monopoly of distribution and bring in the free market.

'More talent'?? I beg to differ. Minor-league producer/actor & dirty old man Dave Cummings said in a column in my porn newsletter that there is almost a 'flood' of girls coming to the Left Coast to do hardcore.
As I have pointed out several times in this venue, there is a LOT more material being produced & marketed in the U.S. than the U.K. punters are aware of. Fact is, I am only cognizant of a minority of the American porn output, & I work at keeping up a bit.Only a fraction gets to Britain, from what I can discern.

Forgive me but I don't understand what your post is about! If you are an American producer then you do not work under the restrictive practices of the Video Recordings Act which makes our films "softer" than yours and thus uncompetetive in our home market!

I agree. I wonder why that is? A number of US porn producers/directors seem genuinely shocked by some of the antics of UK porn actresses.
