ive just called tescos insurance to change my home contents policy.

i needed to update my occupation so i said 'model'. they asked if it was fashion or catwalk and i said 'no, glamour'. the woman then put me on hold for a few moments telling me her screen was asking a question she needed help from her supervisor with. she then came back asking if i mixed with celebrities - 'no'???. or did i hold alot of social gatherings from my home - 'no'???.

'oh thats ok then' was her reply.

WHAT???????

so if im a glamour model that hangs out with famous people and throws elaborate parties form my home i have to pay a premium on my insurance ????

are famous people more accident prone or all cleptomaniacs or something???

does anyone else find that abit bizzare????

Sounds like a lot of bother and complex to me do you have to pay for the insurance?
