Mariefan made a gratuitously insulting post which would have been removed if it hadn't already been well answered by the time we saw it. Please don't compound his felony by drawing attention to it in a new thread. Unfortunately there are some childish people about who are intolerant of the preferences of others. They are best ignored until the moderators can deal with them.
