He was aquitted, so obviously he didn,t do it, after all he's a high court judge and tried by his peers.
Brings to mind the OJ glove syndrome.

It was very conveniant that the cctv footage was not obtained by the police as that is normally the first piece of evidence that they go for !thumbsdown!
