Just seen a report for this on Channel 4 news and the reporter was Julie Razzle! I thought it was funny anyway.....

Unless the woman had a photo this was never going to go the distance.
She says "He flashed me."
He says "No I didn't, she must have mistaken me for someone else."
With no other witnesses and no other evidence, where can it go? If the accused is a man of good character, in fact a judge, then it should take a fair bit of solid evidence to convict him.
