He's a mad hermit from Cumbernauld, a North Lanarkshire version of Old Ben Kenobi.
I think he is recruiting subjects from Abronhill, Kildrum and Seafar to form an Imperial (mint) army.
Now, yes, hermits have no home, and no 'lecky, but he uses The Farce to access these forums.
