So, the suspects in custody include doctors. The occasional nut job apart (Shipman), I thought those who took the Hippocratic Oath were supposed to preserve life, not try to butcher innocent people in cowardly attacks.

Life is precious Carac........but not so precious if you think there is another, better life waiting for you after death.

I'm glad I'll never understand what motivates people who can commit such crimes.

Mmmm, "Doctors". I thought all they had to do was to pick up a certificate from the University of Mickey Mouse, flash it at an immigration official who doffed his cap politely and said "Welcome, Sir. You're services are much needed!"?

I'll bore you with something a great uncle told me when I was 15.

"When you're young, everything seems like it's against you, but as you grow up, things will get easier. As you age, you'll realise how stupid some people are. They say and do the craziest stuff, and it will get you mad at times. You're only mad because you can't work them out and it's frustrating as hell.

I dunno about that. He was telling me to not bother trying to understand others. Understanding others it essential to working out differences......but I guess some really are beyond understanding.

Can't speak about the guy arrested in Cheshire----the evidence relating to him is unkown. I know that those arrested at Glasgow Airport are still to face a trial (chances are only one of them will; with 90% burns, the other is unlikely to survive), but this is as close to a safe assumption of guilt as you can get.
