I never said ANY of the information was true or false, just what was in the survey.

It was on a medical information website, in early june, I'd have to try an find the link.

As regarding surveys/reports, it's your choice whether you believe them or not.

A few yrs ago they said that due to collated information from surveys from various gyms & doctor's surgerys around the country, exercise was good for you. Next thing we know, exercise is bad for you, a report stated that as exercise can cause a heart-attack, in unfit & fit people alike. Now exercise is good for you again.
