Not quite as addictive as 24 (yet), and it took a while to get used to the hectic pace and editing, but worth the hype. The twist at the end of episode two was superb.

Having seen the entire first series on Sci-Fi over the last few months, I'd recommend this as one to keep watching. And unlike say, Lost, things actually move along at a cracking pace!

Don't diss LOST Beeston Boy ...........................
Or I'll tell you what happens the next episode of Heroes ...
How many people will keep watching this at BBC2 pace when it is a good 6 months behind the US and the series 1 dvd is in shops now??
Also does anybody know who has the rights to series 2 - just hope them sky bandits don't nip in and try and pilfer this one as I know that the Sci-Fi Channel also showed series 1 on Sat.

If it proves popular, you can bet your woolly socks that those Sky barstewards will dive in for it. They think that once people are hooked, they will do anything----even put money in the dingo-shagger's pockets----to keep on watching.
Not a hope in hell.
First couple of episodes were interesting. I'll keep watching just now. Hope it doesn't take the 24 (series 1) formulaic route.

I will be tuning in for more episodes as it was very interesting and kept me more than glued to the screen and we are only two episodes in.
Heroes DVD Boxset isn't released in America till the 28th August, sadly the UK don't get it till 10th December just in time for Christmas.

The BBC have reportedly bought exclusive rights to the second series, so hopefully we shoudn't have to wait too long for that. The second series starts in the US in September apparently.
Having seen the whole series, I can say it's well worth sticking with. But Wigbilly, if you don't like Hiro, you might as well stop watching now. He was easily the most popular character...possibly because he brings some much needed humour to the proceedings and plays a major part in almost all the eps.
