Hi Mike
When you say downloadable do you mean so they can be saved by the recipient?

Mike if they are viewable, they must be downloadable, (ie-: right click and save as) unless they are disabled for copyright reasons, or do you mean they are thumbnails??
er,.....what do you mean?

Would have thought adding them as an attachment to any email would have made them all of the above

Randy,
Usually I have the choice of viewing or downloading but in this case it is download only and I don't like downloading anything I can't see first.

Are you refering to sending/downloading as in EMail, if so, she might have illegal characters in the file name, or use of an odd way of embedding them in her emails.
I had this problem from some of the email newsgroups I was a member of, but eventually all the members got to learn the correct way of naming/adding the pics to the email, & it worked a treat.

Snake Diamond,
When I usually receive jpegs, in an email, from a model I have the choice of either downloading or viewing the pictures. What I usually do is to view the pictures first and if I like them to download.
In this case there is was no choice, only to download so I emailed the model back and explained that I don't download pict, ures that I can't see first.
She then replied, asking how to make it possible and I said that I would find out!
Mike.

Sounds like she is on AOL, she needs to choose insert the images, rather than attach the images.

Yeah, I forgot about AOL, I fucking hate that piece of shit, lol.
Do as Cenobitez suggested.
