OK, I saw a picture of this individual on the Yahoo news page a moment ago - my question therefore is; who is she?

I'm really embarassed to say this... but, she's Lionel Ritche's daughter, not biological though, by marriage.
My other half reads National Enquirer, and I just happen to look at it on the odd occasion, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
