Yes well my point being that the smoking ban was supposed to save lives but this senseless murder just proves how dangerous it could be to try and enforce it, if an exboxer of this man statute loses his life trying to do so then its best to leave it to the authorities to enforce it as they pushed through this law.

What goes through somebody's mind, that they dont consider the possibility of spending up to the next 25 years inside, sufficient reason not to shoot someone? How callous and uncaring do you have to be to think that one's 'honour' or a perceived lack of 'respect' shown to you merits shooting a man asking you to stop doing some anti social act? I'm sure as hell going to think twice in future before asking people to take their feet off the seat or turn their music down on the tube, or not to drop litter, and I've quite often asked people to do all those.
