No, the Victorian laws from 1857 were replaced by the Obscene Publications Act in 1959 and then amended in 1964.
We have to comply with this law.

Hardcore porn was made legal in 2000, yes that late.
We still have the OPA 1959 and VRA 1984 knocking about - and it's high time they were abolished.

You can be sent to prison for not paying your water rates here mate, I'd stay there if I were you, you do seem a little obssesed with our porn laws!
I'm sorry I do know about Belgium, only been twice didn't like it.
