You reside within our border, therefore you are a Scottish citizen. But we will have a reptriation policy for any English folk wanting to return south----it involves a giant catapault near Hadrian's Wall 
If the unthinkable should happen, then you would be free to call yourself a Scottish citizen, chum----or you could be the English ambassador (with the emphasis on the sad).
