Hello peeps
Being models I am sure that you constantly try to manage your weight. I can recommend looked at the videos on here http://www.youtube.com/user/joesoap2001
It is a series called "I can make you thin" by the amazing Paul McKenna. It is not a diet, he doesn't even really talk about the foods you should eat, he even encourages you to what you want.
Anyway the whole thing is based around NLP and it deals with the psychological aspects of weight loss and why people want to be thin. It helps you to focus on what you want to be like both in body shape and lifestyle.
I have been following this program for 2 weeks and I have lost about 10 lbs! I understand more now about my body and how it puts weight on and burns it off.
The link I have supplied is to the whole series. It is 4 hour programs, each program is in 5 parts. There are no books to buy or diets to follow. It is just simple and practical advice with a few visualisation techniques thrown in to help.
Anyway I just though that people on here might enjoy watching it.
