I'm assuming he thinks he is the former left-handed bass player with The Beatles, half of the most famous song writing partnership in pop music, and someone with hundreds of millions in the bank.
What that has to do with the London Eye, I don't know.

Not sure that re-naming it the stupid tosser will work

It would also need to increase its speed if anyone is to be tossed within it.
