It would appear from the latest incident, this time in Afghanistan, that one of the more dangerous places for British soldiers to be is anywhere near American forces.

The saddest aspect of this is that when most people hear about these incidents they're not surprised.
And don't expect the inquests to get anywhere either.

Yeah, but the Currant Bun got footage of it, so the MoD and the Yanks had to back down. They've basically been at war with a very good stand-in coroner who, unsurprisingly, didn't get his contract renewed.
Nothing dramatic been going on on the diplomatic front, but the Septics have been rather more critical of the UK since Broon took over. Not quite the homo-erotic relationship of Bliar and Dubya.

Mosely and his mob had a lot of support in this country, just as there were those who admired Hitler.
Smith is treated with kid gloves. It's easy to think of what he might have done, but his pre-election economic plans scuppered the 1992 campaign almost as much as the OTT Sheffield rally. A good guy, but we never got the chance to judge him.
