It was a rhetorical question anyway, really.........poor girl gave her opinion I suppose.
The girls are their to look good, -and in that, she was exemplary- and I'm sure these questions are only there to make these girls look daft. A bit of a laugh at the girls' expense, like.
I don't know why she preceded Iraq with 'The'. Maybe she thought there was more than one Iraq?

Thing is she's a beauty contestant. Enough said. What's mystifying is that she gets a warm round of applause.
What's scary is that their president is only slightly more articulate and when he started, his geo-political knowledge wasn't far off hers.
