... anyone know where I can buy this on PAL video format or DVD (I dont think it is available on DVD - but you never know!).

an original copy can be had from jadedvideo or excalburfilms.
according to the evilangel website a dvd doesnt exist

Cheers but they only sell it in NTSC mode - not PAL ;-(
