It dosnt need a crash just a slowdown in the economy with most people morgaged well above their heads you would be fucking stupid to buy now, i had a few grand in shares invested in a property fund which had done well over a few years returning around 20% a year with Fidelity but i sold them back in April and put the dosh into a high rate deposit account and i sleep well at night not having to worry about the markets !cool!
