She only did Playboy as a guest celebrity appearance, Erika has always been an actress. Her first film was E.T. as a 10 year old. She was the girl in Elliott's school who kissed him, she was under her real name in that film.
She also appeared topless in Chasers and an amazing underwear scene in that aswell.

You are misinformed, Neil...She did not do Playboy as a 'guest celebrity' but rather was the July 1989 Playmate of the Month.
