well i`ve a prince albert and can honestly say that it didn`t hurt having it done but maybe i was so scared it numbed the pain. but don`t get one on my say so.

Its bound to be the hood surely. If it was the actual clitoris itself it would not only probably render the aformentioned erectile organ useless but I would think it would hurt like fuck. My vote is that its either done through the hood of the clit or the top of the labia minora.
