Yes thats right, like a load lemming's. what can you possibly gain by queuing up for an hour to fill your tank up? whats the most you will save finacially......40ltrs x 2p...do the math, just deal with it or vote this bunch of cunts out come the election and elect the Tories. How could it possibly be worse, they will be desperate to stay inpower if they win, hence life might be sweet for a few years.

I never did see the sense in queuing up to beat the Budget bounce. If the queue is big enough, you're stuck there waiting for ages, engine running, using up fuel and wasting your time. At some stage the fuel tank will be near empty and, guess what, you have to fill it again at the higher price.

During the fuel crisis a few years back, with fears of non-delivery, people were queuing up to ensure their tanks were filled almost all the time, instead of waiting until they needed to fill up. In the east of Scotland, we heard a story about one woman who queued up for the best part of an hour, got to the pump, and filled her tank----all 120 pence that it needed.
