The mind is a complex and difficult topic, however if you understand more about it works and how it is programmed, then you can achieve amazing results.
We will be covering the following;

? A live demonstration

The talk will be given by Adrian Tannock and me. We are both qualified and certified clinical hypnotherapists based in Manchester. We will show you practical applications of NLP and hypnosis that you will be able to use quite easily at work and in social situations.
We will be conducting a group induction for those who want to experience a light state of hypnosis, this is totally safe and you will find it very relaxing and enjoyable. The benefits of hypnotherapy and NLP can be life changing and it is drug free, totally safe and free of unwanted side effects.
We will have previous clients who will be talking about their own experiences with hypnotherapy and how it has helped them with fears and gaining motivation to achieve goals in their life.
