BBC Blooper Guernsey Gunship

Does anyone remember this? I cant find it.A BBC reporter is interviewing someone from Guernsey and cant stop laughing because the threat to the world is protected by a Guernsey Gun Ship..the official is deadly serious causing our hero to crack up..the interviewer is a well know BBC reporter.Thanks in anticipation!
