Dida should take his punishment like a man and stop whining about it like a big-girl's blouse (ditto AC Milan). He knows as well as everybody else that he was guilty of serious play-acting.

Chump-change fine for Celtic for what amounted to a chump-change incident.

No sorry cannot agree guys.
I am all for players getting suspended for play acting and cheating but only when it involves an opposing PLAYER and not some FAN who has wondered on to the pitch, cannot help thinking that if the boot had been on the other foot and this had happened to Celtic, ie lose a soft last minute goal to lose 2-1 and then some fan runs on and taunts/slaps Boruc ... then how would you guys have felt??
In my book Celtic have got a massive let-off with an almost insulting fine and Milan are the ones who are left counting the costs ... still should make the 2nd leg even more interesting.

I have to agree with Crofter here.

Maybe Dida's suspension is about right but the size of the fine for Celtic is an absolute joke.

As football usually goes, Milan will get to the final again and Dida will save every penelty so they lift the cup, and become the hero.

I dunno, Brazil won that year!

There's a good chance Dida may have to come back to England to play in this years Champions League. I can see him getting a bad reception....if he plays.
